How do I apply for the Fifth Third Bank Preferred Card?

To apply for the Fifth Third Bank Preferred Cash/Back Card, call customer service at (866) 671-5353 or visit the nearest Fifth Third Bank branch.

Note that the card is only available to Preferred Banking clients. To access Preferred Banking benefits, you need to open a Fifth Third Preferred Checking account. There is no minimum deposit required to open the account, but you'll need a combined balance of $100,000 in deposit or investment accounts to qualify.

If you'd rather not meet these requirements, there are plenty of other great credit card options to consider.
