Then told me to pay. I talked to two different customer service people.
I was given a fax number and told to send my bank statement.
I did exactly that. This month-they are staying I didn't pay my October payment.
I went to their chat and started to explain the situation. I was told they couldn't help me. Then shut off the chat.
Where did the money go? .
Even though I was making payments on time and not using the card so I didn't rack up more debt they wouldn't help me. You either pay it off in full or you rack up fees like $50 worth each month on top of what you owe.
I called them and was nice at first but I got no where. One of the many reasons they do not approve someone to have their interest lowered is if they are not actively using the card. I could have paid the thing off quickly without the fees. Please be smarter than I was. They are not a company that will work with you.
This was the first card I ever got, not quite a credit card but still a big step for me. I did it back when I bought an Xbox 360 for the 10% off promotion and was approved pretty quickly despite not having much of a credit history.
Since then I use it occasionally when I forgot my debit card or cash at home. It's easy to use, the terms are favorable, and it's a great backup option to have just in case.
It's a good card to have overall, Meijer for all the complaints, is a good company filled with good people and this card will not let you down.
