I'd give it -1 star if possible. Incredibly low credit line (other lines are 10 to 20x higher). Slow web site. Annoying on every front!

This Bank and card is very high maintenance. Expect to be trying to call customer service very often and then prepare for long hold and to be passed around a lot. I'm often disconnected. The app is hard to use and their back end is unreliable which means you often can't do what you want to do. I've never had such a high maintenance account before. I'm literally giving up calling or going onto the app. At the moment I'm unable to use the card at all. I'd say avoid due to the sheer frustration involved in having this account. U.S. Bank shines every now and then. They dealt with fraud really quickly and that was nice. The rest is just pain.

2 weeks after I transferred my balance to US Bank, I received a late fee from Wells Fargo and they said they didn’t get it. I later received a PAPER check from US bank that was made out to Wells Fargo but with my address on it. I spent 36 min on the phone with Courtney the so called manager and she said they couldn’t help me in any way. They don’t do electronic transfers, they wouldn’t speak to Wells Fargo, they wouldn’t give me the $29 fee that was due to their error, and wouldn’t even call me back in 20 min in case Wells Fargo wouldn’t take the silly check with the wrong address on it. Terrible customer service and crappy card that has a super low credit limit. ($600 credit limit when I make $135k a year.)

Don't even bother. The most unprofessional, surly group of "service" folks ever. We got approved for $10,000 CL with a 3% balance transfer fee. Called to cancel and the guy - name of Millilgan - hung up on me after verifying that he would cancel the card. Searched some more and got $30,000 CL with 0% interest for 12 months on balance transfers and 0% balance transfer fee...at the Navy Federal Credit Union. Shop around folks. There are good deals out there....just not here. And the folks at the Navy FCU?? Really friendly.

I just applied for a US Bank card and was approved with $600 credit limit, with a score of 768, $98k total credit limit, and a six figure income. I spoke with an underwriter who stated they have no clue why the system approved me for such a low limit and advised they could reconsider the limit with another pull of my credit- note US Bank just pulled my credit a day before. I declined the offer. Their system/ process is a complete joke. I don't recommend US Bank to anyone with decent credit. There’s much better cards in the market.

I just applied with their special 20 cycle 0 APR offer. Got $600 CL with a score of 730 and $70k total CL. Declined the offer. Feels like a joke. I definitely don't recommend this card to anyone who wants a serious account.

I really regret doing any kind of business with this Bank they can't keep up with mortgage payments even when you go to the store and you get a refund & the money is put back on the card they still want you to pay all over again from your checking account for money that they already received this is a horrible incompetent institution and I'm really sorry I do any business with them I really hate this institution and if you're wise you will not get involved with these people and I mean that even with having exceptional credit you will be better off banking somewhere else please trust me they have customer service supervisors that start screaming at you is if they're talking to their personal relationship person very impatient I see why so many of them are closing I can truly say I hate this institution I wouldn't leave this dump if I could please take your business elsewhere

Fantastic credit card for balance transfers - the best I've had. Curious if there are others that are better on the market. The others I've tried fall short on multiple dimensions. I'd recommend this card to anyone looking for a balance transfer.

Great for balance transfers but not for much else. Even after I submitted every item they required to dispute charges for concert cancelled due to covid they refused to reverse the charges and the tix retailer is downright crooked. I've been a loyal customer here for almost 20 years but I think it's time to shop around. Oh and be mindful if you use this or any other credit line for overdraft protection. They will continue to charge you over and over for something that never would've put your account in the red if it hadn't been for their 'oops technical error'
