You cannot qualify for USAA® Secured Visa Platinum® Card graduation. The card does not graduate to an unsecured one, but it does report to the three main credit bureaus. This means you should be able to qualify for an unsecured credit card after about 18 months of responsible use. All you have to do is pay your bill on time every month and maintain reasonable credit utilization, ideally below 30%.

To add a USAA® Secured Visa Platinum® Card authorized user, log in to your online account or call customer service at (800) 531-8722. You will need to provide the authorized user's personal information, including their full name, in order to add them as an authorized user on your USAA® Secured Visa Platinum® Card account.
