To find the email address associated with your Netspend account, check your inbox for any Netspend messages and look for registration confirmations, password reset notices, or transaction alerts.
You can also enter your email addresses on the Netspend account login recovery page. If the email you enter is not the one on file, Netspend will indicate that it does not match. If it is the correct email, you will receive a username recovery message.
