There are several ways to find your SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union member number: online, through the mobile app, in your welcome packet, or by contacting them directly in-person, or by phone at (800) 462-8328.
- Online Banking or Mobile App: If you're already enrolled, look for your member number under "Account Info" or a similar option in online banking or on the mobile app's "More" -> "Routing/Account" section.
- Welcome Packet or Email: Your member number might be included in your welcome packet or on official communications (physical or digital) under "Your Membership at a Glance" or a similar section.
- Contact Member Services: You can call the Member Contact Center at (800) 462-8328 during their business hours for assistance.
- Visit a Branch: If you prefer in-person assistance, you can visit a local branch. Use the branch locator to find the nearest location to you.
Remember, your member number is sensitive information, so be sure to keep it secure and only share it through official SchoolsFirst channels or with verified representatives.
