Old National Bank offers two options for overdraft protection to help you manage your account and avoid fees.
Old National Bank Overdraft Protection Options
- Overdraft Protection: This service links your checking account to another Old National Bank account or a line of credit. When your checking account is overdrawn, funds are automatically transferred from the linked account to cover the shortfall. You must enroll by visiting any Old National branch or by calling customer service.
- Overdraft Courtesy: This discretionary service allows Old National Bank to pay certain transactions even if your checking account does not have sufficient funds, rather than returning them unpaid. It is automatically applied to eligible accounts, though you may opt out if you prefer. It covers checks, automatic payments, recurring debit transactions, and bill pay transactions.
For more information and to review the fees associated with Old National Bank’s overdraft protection options, visit their website or contact their customer service at (800) 731-2265.
