To transfer money from your Direct Express® Prepaid Debit Mastercard® to your U.S. Bank account, log in to the Direct Express website or mobile app, select the option to transfer funds, and enter your U.S. Bank account and routing numbers to send funds to your personal bank account.

You can also call Direct Express’ customer service at (888) 741-1115 to set up the transfer. Transfers can take up to three business days to complete, and there is a $1.50 fee per transaction. For the most up-to-date information, visit Direct Express' website or contact their customer service.
