To activate a Shell Credit Card, call 1 (800) 331-3703 or go to the Citibank activation website.
Your new card will be ready to make purchases in just a few moments, no matter which activation method you use. Citibank does not have a certain time limit within which you need to activate your card, but it's best to do it as soon as possible.
How to Activate a Shell Credit Card
- By phone: Call 1 (800) 331-3703 or the number on the sticker attached to the front of the card. Verify your personal information (e.g., Social Security number, card number, or phone number associated with your application) to activate your Shell Credit Card.
- On the website: Log in to your online account (or create an account if you don't have one) and find the activation page. Enter any required security information, including your Social Security Number and phone number. Activate your Shell Credit Card as instructed.
Your new Shell Credit Card will be available for purchases immediately after activation. If you have any trouble activating your card, Citibank customer service can always help you out. You can give them a call at 1 (800) 331-3703.
