To activate an Ulta Credit Card, call 1 (866) 489-3455 or go to the Comenity Bank activation website.
Your new card will be ready to make purchases in just a few moments, no matter which activation method you use. Comenity Bank does not have a certain time limit within which you need to activate your card, but it's best to do it as soon as possible.
How to Activate an Ulta Credit Card
- By phone: Call 1 (866) 489-3455 or the number on the sticker attached to the front of the card. Verify your personal information (e.g., Social Security number, card number, or phone number associated with your application) to activate your Ulta Credit Card.
- On the website: Log in to your Comenity Bank account (or create an account if you don't already have one) and find the activation page. Enter any required security information, including your card number, expiration date, last four digits of your Social Security number, and ZIP code. Activate your Ulta Credit Card as instructed.
Your new Ulta Credit Card will be available for purchases immediately after activation. If you have any trouble activating your card, Comenity Bank customer service can always help you out. You can give them a call at 1 (866) 254-9971.
