Cardholders can set up Amazon Store Card automatic payments through their online account or the Synchrony Bank mobile app. Calling customer service at 1-866-634-8379 also is an option. Once you’re enrolled, Synchrony Bank will withdraw the payment amount from your linked bank account on the scheduled date.
How to Set Up Amazon Store Card Automatic Payments:
- Log in to your online account via the Synchrony Bank website or mobile app.
- Find “Payments” on the account home page and then select “Manage Autopay.”
- Enter your bank account routing number and account number. This is the account from which Synchrony Bank will deduct your payment each month.
- Select your payment amount. Choose from the minimum amount due, the current balance, the statement balance, or a customized amount that is more than the minimum payment.
To be safe, you should always make sure your bank account has enough funds for the payment a few days before the due date. Also, once you’re in enrolled in automatic payments, don’t forget to review your recent transactions regularly.
