Amazon Store Card disputes are typically resolved within 60 days, though more complex issues may take a little longer. Synchrony Bank does not allow you to dispute a charge online.
Once you’ve initiated the dispute, Synchrony Bank will then contact the merchant and review any information provided by both parties. You won’t be charged for the disputed transaction, nor any associated fees or interest, while the dispute is under investigation. And you can still use your Amazon Store Card as you normally would while a dispute is ongoing.
Synchrony Bank will notify you of the outcome of the dispute after they’ve completed their investigation. They will either issue a chargeback to your account for the contested amount or allow the charge to stand. If the disputed charge is ruled to be valid, you would then have to pay that amount, including any applicable fees and interest charges that accumulated during the dispute, starting from the original purchase date.

It has been a year and I never received the package which was a company from China. Amazon hid that most important fact. Synchrony bank says the package was sent and I keep telling them it never arrived. They basically are calling me a liar and I am furious about that. I get nowhere with Amazon Or Synchrony. I have tried all the things you listed and no help at all. Now account is closed so they refuse to discuss. Ian so frustrated but refuse to pay for item never received.
