To track your American Express credit card’s delivery status, use the tracking information that American Express sends through their website application portal. American Express credit cards are shipped with FedEx or USPS, so the tracking information will give instructions for locating your credit card through one of those shippers.
In general, American Express credit cards take approximately 7-10 calendar days to be delivered. For faster shipping, you can request expedited delivery of your card online or by calling American Express customer service at 800-297-8500.
If your card does not arrive within 7-10 calendar days, you can ask for an update on the card’s delivery status by calling American Express. At worst, American Express will cancel that card and send a new one.
