Yes, the Amex Blue Business Cash does have travel insurance. Amex Blue Business Cash rental car insurance covers damage to a rental vehicle that results from collision or theft, as long as the purchases are charged to the card.
To file an Amex Blue Business Cash travel insurance claim, you’ll need to contact the Benefit Administrator. This benefit covers you against damage to the rental vehicle that results from a collision or theft. Coverage can be up to $50,000 for theft of or damage to most rental vehicles when you use your card to reserve and pay for the entire vehicle rental and decline the collision damage waiver or similar option offered by the car rental company (provides secondary coverage and does not include liability coverage). Not all vehicle types or rentals are covered. Geographic restrictions also apply. For more details, including time frames and coverage limits, refer to the guide to benefits that came with your Amex Blue Business Cash.
