You can reset your Avant Credit Card PIN over the phone at (888) 891-2435. During the call, the automated system will ask you to enter your credit card number, so make sure to have it handy.
How to Reset Your Avant Card PIN
- Call the Avant Card PIN dedicated line at (888) 891-2435.
- When asked, enter your credit card number and then press the pound key (#).
- Follow the prompts to reset your PIN.
Keep in mind that you will need to enter your current PIN in order to be able to reset it. If you forgot your PIN, contact customer service at (855) 752-7012 and enter the phone number Avant has on your file to speak to a live representative. Alternatively, you can reach the Avant Card customer care via email at [email protected].
After verifying your identity, Avant will send you a new PIN via mail, usually within 7 to 10 business days.
