- Ask the Bank of America rep to cancel your old credit card and send a replacement.
Replacement cards from Bank of America will generally arrive within 7-10 business days. You may be able to get expedited delivery when you call to report the lost card, but make sure to ask whether there will be a fee. Once you receive the replacement card, you will need to activate it before making any purchases.
