No, you cannot get a TD Cash Secured Credit Card with an ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number). According to customer service, only U.S. residents with a Social Security Number (SSN) are allowed to apply for the card.
If you’re looking for a similar card that you can get with an ITIN instead of SSN, then consider the Capital One Quicksilver Secured Cash Rewards Credit Card. It requires a refundable security deposit, but it offers 1.5 - 5% cash back on purchases and it has a $0 annual fee.
Feel free to also check out our editors’ picks for the best credit cards without SSN requirements, to explore more options.
