Yes, you can use the CareCredit Mastercard anywhere that accepts cards on the Mastercard network. That means you can use the CareCredit Mastercard at 10.7 million merchant locations in the U.S., as well as with millions more merchants across 210 countries and territories.
The CareCredit Mastercard has a foreign transaction fee, which means you will incur extra charges for international purchases. The card also comes with an annuals fee of $0 and offers rewards, so it’s a good option for people who are regular buyers of wellness products.

HI! I realize this post is old but I have a question after reading your statement. My CareCredit card was upgraded to a MasterCard last year. I NEVER have had a problem using it UNTIL I tried to use it at the dentist for a rather costly dental procedure. The lady at the counter wouldn't even swipe it; she said "we don't take Care Credit" even though I told her it was a MasterCard??? Luckily I had another card on me. Am I missing something here? Or were they just misinformed? Thanks!
