To get a Cerulean Credit Card cash advance:
- Call the issuer's customer service at (866) 449-4514 and request a PIN, if you don’t already have one.
- Insert the at an ATM and enter the PIN.
- Select the cash advance option on the ATM screen.
- Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw.
- Withdraw the cash and remove the from the ATM.
Keep in mind that a Cerulean Credit Card cash advance is a very expensive transaction because as soon as you withdraw the cash, a cash advance fee of 3% (min $10) and a cash advance APR of 35.9% will apply. There may also be ATM-owner fees, depending on where you get the cash advance.
