To get a Chase cash advance, use a Chase credit card and a corresponding PIN at a participating ATM and withdraw the cash, up to the card’s available cash advance limit. If you do not have a PIN, contact Chase customer service at 1 (800) 297-4970 to request one.
How to Get a Chase Cash Advance at an ATM
- Call Chase customer service at 1 (800) 297-4970 and request a PIN, if you don’t already have one.
- Insert the credit card into an ATM and enter the PIN.
- Select the cash advance option on the ATM screen.
- Enter the amount you’d like to withdraw.
- Withdraw the cash and remove the credit card from the ATM.
There may be other ways to get a cash advance from your Chase credit card, too. For example, you can request a cash advance in person at a local Chase branch. You could also fill out a Chase cash advance check and use it like a traditional bank check.
Keep in mind that a Chase cash advance is a very expensive transaction. For starters, a cash advance fee and a separate cash advance APR apply as soon as you withdraw the cash. There may also be ATM-owner fees, depending on where you get the cash advance.

Cash advances are really expensive, and I'd advise against them. That being said, there's a fee of 3% to 5% of the amount of each transaction, with a minimum of $10. Also, the interest rate charged for cash advances can be anywhere between 19.49% and 25.24%.

You can get a Chase cash advance from any ATM or by going to a Chase Branch and asking for a cash advance.
There will be hefty fees for that transaction and the interest rates are higher than for purchases. You want to use cash advance for extreme emergency. You are always better off using other cheaper alternatives.
