How to Check Your Chase Freedom Flex Application Status
If you haven’t heard about your Chase Freedom Flex application status after 10 business days, call Chase customer service at (800) 432-3117 to inquire. You can also log in to your Chase account to check the status online. Once you’re logged in, click the main menu symbol (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the page. Then, scroll down to the bottom and select “Application status.”
Following approval, applicants can expect to receive the Chase Freedom Flex card in the mail after another 7-10 business days. If you need the card sooner, call Chase customer service at the number above and ask for free 2-day expedited shipping as soon as your application is approved.
