How to Redeem Points Through the Chase Ultimate Rewards Mall
To redeem Chase Ultimate Rewards points, log in to your Chase credit card account from the Ultimate Rewards page. There, you’ll find a horizontal menu at the top listing all your options, from cash back to deals. It’s pretty straightforward, but there are a few features worth highlighting.
- Using your Ultimate Rewards for Amazon, PayPal, or Apple purchases is really convenient. Both options have their own buttons in the Chase Ultimate Rewards Mall menu, also known as the Chase Ultimate Rewards portal.
- If you choose to redeem your points for cash back, there’s no minimum amount of points needed to cash them in. Ultimate Rewards are redeemable for cash back in the form of a statement credit or a direct deposit into most U.S. checking and savings accounts.
- Make sure to check out the “Deals” section, which will steer you toward discounted gift cards (that you can buy with points) and Shop through Chase retailer bargains (not available to buy with points).
Bear in mind, however, that Ultimate Rewards points are worth different amounts depending on which Chase credit card you have and how you redeem them.
How to Earn Extra with “Shop through Chase”
One great feature of the Chase rewards Mall is the “Shop through Chase” section, which you can access by clicking the “Earn Bonus Points” link in the main navigation bar. You won’t be able to use points to make purchases from Shop through Chase retailers. But your purchases earn an extra 1-15 points per $1 spent when you go to an eligible retailer’s site through the Chase Ultimate Rewards Mall, rather than going directly to the retailer’s regular URL.

It’s worth noting that when using Shop through Chase, you can’t pay with points, and only purchases made with an eligible Chase credit card will earn the extra bonus points. Chase cards that don’t give Ultimate Rewards points, such as the two co-branded Disney credit cards, can’t earn the extra points offered by Shop through Chase.
