You can get your Chime Credit Card deposit refunded by simply transferring the deposit from your "credit builder" account back into your chime checking account. You can do that through your online account or by using the Chime mobile app.
Here’s How to Get a Chime Credit Card Deposit Refund Using the App
- Tap "Move Money" on the bottom of the home screen.
- Select "Transfer Funds."
- Using the green arrows on the right side of the screen, select the desired From and To accounts.
- Enter the amount to transfer and tap "Transfer."
- On the next screen, review the transfer amount and the accounts selected. Tap "Confirm Transfer" to complete the transaction.
Your deposit will also be refunded if either you or Chime closes the account with no unpaid balance.
