No, the Citi AAdvantage Platinum Select does not offer travel insurance. The issuer dropped travel insurance from most of its credit cards a while back. Generally, travel insurance benefits include travel accident insurance, trip cancellation and interruption protection, and baggage insurance.

Citi does not offer travel insurance any longer for their AAdvantage Platinum Select card. Regrettably, there have been some benefit changes as of Sep 2019.
Chase offers great trip delay and cancellation coverage with the Chase Sapphire Preferred and Chase Sapphire Reserve cards.
