The Citi Double Cash Card does not have any card design options, nor do they allow you to customize your card. In fact, Citi does not offer designs and customization for any of its credit cards.
If you're looking for design options outside of Citi, there are some companies such as metal-creditcard.com that will convert your plastic Citi Double Cash Card to metal. This will require you to mail in your card, so as a security measure, you should only send a card that is frozen or has not been activated.
