The actual limit that any individual cardholder will get depends largely on their credit score and income. The higher a person’s income and credit score are, the higher their credit limit is likely to be.
The starting credit limit you get on the Chase Sapphire Preferred won’t necessarily be the credit limit you have forever. You could ask for a credit limit increase once you've paid the bill on time for several consecutive months. Also, Chase will periodically review your account, so you may receive automatic credit limit increases.
