The easiest way you can pay your Express Credit Card is either online or over the phone at (800) 201-4955. Alternatively, you can make a payment via mail. Unfortunately, you cannot pay your credit card bill at an Express store.
How to Pay Your Express Credit Card
- Online: Log in to your online account or use the EasyPay feature in order to pay your bill.
- Over the phone: Call (800) 201-4955 to make a payment over the phone.
- Via mail: To pay your credit card via mail, send a check or money order (but not cash) to the following address:

If you choose to make a payment via mail, make sure to always send it at least 5-7 days before your due date. Also, include your credit card number on your payment to avoid any processing delays.
