Mediocre benefits, ruined credit due to system outage. On the day my reminder went off to pay the card, their system was down for maintenance. I had a $7 balance. Unfortunately I forgot to return and make the payment the next day. The previous month I had over $400 that I paid off, and I've had the card for over 10 years with no previous late payments. They never notified me of the late payment until my credit monitoring alerted of a 30-day late. I called customer service, the rep assured me they would help and revert the late fees and the late credit reporting. None of that ever happened. I had to pay the late fees and after 2 more CS contacts including a formal letter they refused to help. I understand it's not necessarily a requirement to help in this circumstance but I think most other banks would have. Years ago I had a similar situation with Amex and they helped no problem.

Bull crap card. I will be closing all of my Comenity Bank accounts, now that I have see it is a scam card. I went online to pay. I paid what showed as my current balance and it left a .69 balance that caused a over 30 report on my perfect credit.

I used to use this card on a monthly basis for work clothes. The company has changed their style too much and no longer suits me. Plus the prices are too high now.

Since Bread has bought Comenity they aren’t reporting each month & it’s affecting credit scores. I have multiple cards with them. It’s extremely upsetting. It’s not been updated since June 2022.

Worst credit card interface ever- Comenity does not show the total balance due only minimum then they charge you late fees and interest continuously and you never know how much you owe. DO NOT GET THIS CREDIT CARD

Closed my account for no reason. Constantly gave me trouble by changing credit limit on a frequent basis. Making payments on the card was a hassle every time.
