To freeze a U.S. Bank Business Leverage Card, log in to your account from the U.S. Bank website or mobile app and navigate to “Lock or Unlock Card.” You can also call U.S. Bank customer service at 1-866-485-4545 and ask them to freeze your card, though it is much easier to lock and unlock a credit card on the app.

Locking your U.S. Bank Business Leverage Card will stop new purchases and transactions on your card and any authorized user cards, but it will continue to allow pending or recurring transactions, credits, refunds, and fees. To start using your credit card at full capacity again, you will have to navigate to the Lock or Unlock Card page and unlock the U.S. Bank Business Leverage Card.
