This is not true. I have been trying for days to reach a person. I press 0 and no one ever answers. I have tried servers other numbers and there is no live person. There are serious issues with their telephone service. I keep identifying the same purchase activity on line acknowledging it was my transaction, then it sends me to a representative that never answers the phone. I have also tried the “have them call you back rather than hold” no one calls back. I am going to cancel this card. Horrible horrible experience so far.
