The JetBlue Credit Card customer service phone number is 866-928-3104. Cardholders will be asked to verify their identity and account information by providing their date of birth and the last 4 digits of their credit card number. After the automated customer service voice gives a brief summary of your account, you’ll be asked what you’d like to do.
If you’d rather speak with a live Barclays JetBlue card customer service representative, press “0” after your account summary, or say “Talk to a customer service representative.”
The customer service line is voice-activated, so you can simply tell it what you’re trying to accomplish. You can make a card payment, check your card balance, and review recent transactions and payments. You can also do things like notify Barclays of upcoming travel plans, ask about your JetBlue card benefits, report a card stolen or lost, or change a PIN.
If you also have a Barclays credit card other than the JetBlue Mastercard, you can use either the JetBlue Mastercard customer service number or the main Barclays customer service line (866-928-8598) to access that account, too.
