If you lost your Walmart Credit Card, you should immediately report it either through your online account or over the phone at (800) 227-4825. Call (804) 934-2001 if you are outside the United States. You can also report your credit card lost through the issuer’s mobile app. If you have the Walmart® Store Card, all the aforementioned information applies to you as well.
Here's how to report your lost Walmart Credit Card:
- To report a lost card online, go to your account summary page and click "Report Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Card" under the "Services" dropdown menu.
- If you prefer to do it over the phone, just call customer service at the number mentioned above. A customer service rep will lock your lost Walmart Credit Card and issue you a new one.
- You can report your card lost via the issuer’s mobile app, by scrolling down to the “Card Help” section and tapping “Lock Card”.
You should also make sure to check the recent transactions that have posted to your account. Then, review a few of your previous monthly statements in detail. This way, you can be sure no one used your card without authorization before you reported it missing.
Please note: The Capital One Walmart Rewards® Mastercard® may no longer be available to new applicants. Information presented on this page may no longer be accurate.
