How can I pay my Walmart Store Card?
You can pay your Walmart® Store Card online, through the Capital One mobile app, over the phone, via mail, or in person at a Walmart store.
Here's how you can pay your Walmart® Store Card:
- Online: To pay a Walmart® Store Card bill online, log in to your online account, click the “Make a Payment” button, and choose your payment date and amount. Choose or add your bank account and routing number to fund your payment. You can also set up recurring payments.
- Via phone: Phone payments can be made by calling the number on the back of your credit card. Follow the prompts, and have your credit card number handy. When the automated system asks if you'd like to make a credit card payment, select that option and follow the instructions to make a payment.
- In person: You can make a Walmart® Store Card payment in any Walmart store at the Customer Service desk, as long as you have your credit card with you. If you are a Sam's Club member, then you can also make a payment at any Sam's Club location.
- By mail: To pay your Walmart® Store Card by mail, send your check or money order to the mailing address on your statement, along with the payment coupon attached to your statement. For the best results, write your credit card number on the front of your form of payment. If you don't have your statement nearby, you can use the issuer's general payment mailing address:
Capital One
Attn: Payment Processing
PO Box 71083
Charlotte, NC 28272-1083
Regardless of how you choose to pay your Walmart® Store Card bill, be mindful of your card's payment due date. Give yourself enough time to allow for system outages or slow mail delivery. Payments not received by 8 p.m. on the due date, or that are less than the minimum amount due will be considered late and will be charged a late fee up to $39.
