You can check for Mercury Credit Card pre-approval in your inbox or in the mail. If the issuer considers you eligible, it will send you a pre-approved email or letter with a reservation code. To assess your eligibility, they will only perform a soft pull on your credit.
Keep in mind that being pre-approved for the Mercury Credit Card doesn't guarantee your actual approval for it. To find out if you've been approved or not, you must respond to the mail offer you've received. This will result in a hard pull and might lower your credit for a little while.
