There are two main ways to redeem your Disney Premier Credit Card rewards:
- Use Pay Yourself Back® for statement credits: Cardholders can log in to their Chase account to redeem Rewards Dollars for statement credits towards eligible purchases made within the last 90 days at most Disney locations in the U.S., DisneyStore.com, DisneyPlus.com, Hulu.com, Stream.ESPN.com, and even airline purchases.
- Load Rewards Dollars onto a Disney Rewards Redemption Card: Once you earn at least 20 Disney Rewards Dollars, you can sign into your Disney Rewards account and order a Disney Rewards Redemption Card online. You can also request one through the Chase mobile app, or by calling customer service at 1-800-300-8575. You can then reload the card with at least 10 Rewards Dollars at a time. The Redemption Card can be used like a payment method at most Disney locations in the U.S. and online toward Disney Resort stays, theme park tickets, and purchases at DisneyStore.com.
If you have trouble redeeming your Rewards Dollars or ordering a Redemption Card, you can contact customer service at 1-800-300-8575, or the number you see on the back of your card.
