To add an authorized user to your TJX Credit Card, call customer service at (877) 890-3150 (or the number you see on the back of your card). You will have to provide the user's name and birthdate before you can add them to your account. You can also add an user to your TJX Credit Card from your online account.
If you’re a TJX Store Card owner instead, then you can also add authorized users to your card by calling customer service at (877) 890-3150 or through your online account.
What To Know About Adding an Authorized User To Your TJX Credit Card
There is no age requirement for adding an authorized user, but there is a limit of 6 users allowed on the account.
When you add an authorized user, they will receive their own credit card sent to your mailing address, within 7-10 business days of being added to the account. The authorized user’s credit card will be linked to your account and will have full access to the account’s credit limit. Any purchases an authorized user makes on the account will appear on your statement, and as the primary cardholder, you are responsible for all purchases on the account.
The TJX Credit Card reports account information to the three major credit bureaus, which affects not only the user’s credit history, but also yours. Authorized users may be removed from an account at the user’s or your request at any time, and for any reason.
