To reset your TJX Credit Card PIN, contact customer service at (877) 890-3150 and use the automated system. Once set, your new card PIN becomes effective immediately. If you have trouble with the automated system, then you can also speak to a customer service representative.
TJX Store Card customers can neither request or reset a PIN. That’s because the card can only be used for purchases at the TJ Maxx brands, and it does not work for ATM withdrawals.
If you need a new TJX Credit Card PIN to withdraw cash from an ATM, please note that it can be a very expensive transaction. A cash advance fee and APR will apply as soon as you complete the withdrawal. You may also be charged ATM-related fees.
