You can track your USAA credit card's delivery status through your online account. Alternatively, use the tracking information that USAA sent you via email. The tracking information will give instructions for locating your credit card.
Keep in mind that you can only track USAA credit cards that are shipped with FedEx. Cards sent via regular mail (USPS) will not have a tracking method.
Here's how to track your USAA credit card FedEx delivery status:
- Click on the “Credit Card” page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and locate “Account Services”.
- Under Account Services, locate the Card Services column.
- From there, click on “View Card Mailing Status”.
In general, USAA credit cards that are sent via FedEx will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Credit cards sent via USPS take approximately 7-10 business days to be delivered. For faster shipping, you can expedite your card by calling USAA customer service at (800) 531-8722 and requesting rush delivery as soon as you get approved. Keep in mind, though, that there may be a fee for expedited shipping.
Your card should arrive within 7-10 business days, but if it doesn't, you can ask for an update on the card's delivery status by calling USAA. Worst-case scenario, USAA will cancel that card and send a new one.
