- By Phone: Call 1-855-207-9816 and follow the prompts to have the automated system read your current balance.
- By App: Log in to the Citi app. Your credit card balance will be shown on the home screen.
- By Text Message: Text “BAL” to 692484. If you haven’t already, you’ll need to log in to the Citi website and enroll in text banking for this to work.

The issuer does not offer pre-approval for this card through its website, so anyone interested in applying for the card will have to do so without the benefit of checking for pre-approval beforehand.
