The easiest way to request a Wells Fargo balance transfer check is through your online account. Alternatively, you can ask for a balance transfer check over the phone at (800) 642-4720, or by using the balance transfer Superchecks if included when you receive your card.
Wells Fargo refers to their convenience checks as "Superchecksand" any use of a Supercheck for purposes other than a balance transfer is classified as a cash advance. If you don't have a Wells Fargo card yet, you can request your balance transfer once you are approved and receive your card in the mail.
You can’t order or request re-sending of balance transfer SUPERCHECKS. If you don’t have SUPERCHECKS and wish to request a balance transfer, you can access your account online to complete the transfer or call (800) 642-4720.
