VRBO takes Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards as payment when booking a property online. In addition to most major credit cards, VRBO takes payments in cash, by check, or via money transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram. Bear in mind that bookings made with these alternate payment methods don’t come with the booking guarantee you would get when paying with a credit card.
It's important to note that issuers have varying definitions of which purchases qualify as travel, so be sure to check a card’s rewards program rules before you apply. If you use a travel rewards card and your VRBO purchase does not code as travel, you will only get the base earning rate.
