Yes, it may be possible to reopen a closed Credit One credit card account, by calling customer service at (877) 825-3242 and submitting a request. A representative will let you know whether you can reopen your account or not. The decision really depends on how long it’s been since the account was closed, as well as the reason it was closed.
It's worth noting that if your card was closed because you committed fraud or other illicit activities, you obviously won’t be allowed to reopen it. Basically, anything that violates the card’s terms and conditions results in permanent closing.
Keep in mind that, if your Credit One credit card account was closed with an outstanding balance, including any unpaid annual fee, you’re still responsible for paying it off in full.
