To pool Virgin Atlantic points, log in to your Flying Club account, go to the “Household Accounts” page, and click “Create a Household Account.” Any member over 18 years old can set up a pool and invite up to 10 other members at no cost. Only members who reside at the same address can be included in the pool.
How to Start a Virgin Atlantic Points Pool
- Log in: Sign in to your Virgin Atlantic Flying Club account.
- Access Your Profile: Click your name in the top right corner and select "Account overview" from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Household Account: Scroll down to the "Household Account" section and click "Create Household Account."
- Create the Household Account: Review the Household Account details, then click "Create Household Account." You'll be prompted to add the first member by entering their Flying Club number and sending an invite.
- Manage Your Pool: After sending your first invite, you can add additional members anytime from the Household Account dashboard.
How to Manage Your Virgin Atlantic Points Pool
To add members, click "Add member" and enter their Flying Club number, then click "Invite." To accept, the invited member must check their email and follow the instructions.

Who can use the points?
Only the Household leader will be able to spend the points.
How much can members contribute?
Virgin Points earned through Flying Club are automatically added to the Household account once linked. Virgin Red points aren't transferred by default, but you can request a manual transfer by calling Virgin Atlantic's customer center.
What happens if a member leaves?
Members must stay in the Household for at least 12 months. If they need to leave earlier, they can contact Virgin Atlantic's customer center. Any points contributed remain with the Household leader.
