No, you cannot transfer money from your Capital One credit card to your 360 checking account. You can only transfer money to your 360 checking account from another Capital One checking or savings account.
You are able to transfer money from your Capital One credit card to other people using apps such as MoneyGram, PayPal or Venmo. However, this will count as a cash advance and you will be charged a fee, as well as a higher interest rate than your regular APR.
