High interest rate, but handy to have for Brooks Brothers sales at their convenient airport locations, in particular. Better to have the Brooks Brothers Mastercard.

Got this card back in 2015 in order to get discount on men’s suit purchase. The card promises additional points, but not reward them - my plan is to delete this card.

Easy to use but apr is way too high Regardless of credit standing. Some day when people use a regular cc at 10.99 instead of the bb card they may change

Brook Brothers Clothes are expensive, and they all made from China. Comparing with Saks Off 5th, I believed I can buy similar dress shirts for little less for brand names, and made in Italy. Last year, when I received Brook Brothers card whenever I spent money at the store, I paid the amount in full within 30 days. This year, toward the end of May, I ordered some shirts and the total amount over the card limit of 68cents, and the card didn't approve. Instead of sending the email to let me know right away, they were let me hanging out there for 7 days. Finally, I received the noticed from Brook Brothers that they couldn't approved(remember over limit for 68 cents!!!!!). I called them for additional card in the amount of 68cents, and yet I still haven't received any notification since yesterday. I was thinking if this table turn around, and if for some reasons I pay my bill late for one day they would charged me $35 late fee in new York minutes instead of delay and without notification. This Brook Brothers card is partnering with Citibank retailer division. Citibank is not very good of customer service and not very good bank to beginning with. Therefore, I give this card and Brook Brothers no stars if I can. I highly recommended not applying for Brook Brothers card and shopping with Brook Brothers. Their customer services at the stores are not that good anyway.

The Brooks Brothers MasterCard is a decent credit card overall; however, the rewards program can be beat with other more lucrative cards on the market. Brooks Brothers offers rewards that are equivalent to a $20 certificate for every 2,000 points accumulated on the card. Points are accumulated at 4 for 1 for money spent at BB and at an even 1 to 1 for purchases outside of BB. This is not really a great reward all things considered. You would be better off getting an Amazon rewards card, which offers tiered rewards for restaurants and gasoline as well as Amazon purchases. The best reason to hold the BB card is to get special pricing several times a year. The latest program provided a 25% discount on all purchases--online or in the store. This can be a significant savings. I would suggest getting the BB card for this reason, but seek out another alternative for better overall rewards.

The Brooks Bothers Credit Card is my primary go to card whenever I need to make a purchase. The rewards I receive this just can't be beat by anything else I have. Their website goes above and beyond to help you understand your spending habits and show you ways to improve. If you are eligible, you should definitely apply for this card.

I have had a Brooks Brother credit card for many years. Now all of the sudden the Brooks Brother card changed banks. Today I tried to use my card with is no longer working. I informed Citibank who now sponsors the card. They said the new cards were sent out 10-15 days ago. I don't have y card and have many automatic payments on the card. Brooks Brothers was no help either!. My rating NO stars but I am giving them a one. Really poor customer service. Just a real inconvenience as I am now moving on to a new credit card company because neither Citibank nor Brooks Brothers cares about their customers.

The Brooks Brothers Credit Card has the rewards that make customers stick to it unlike many major store credit cards. When you buy the card you are offered an uncommon discount that is enough to boost the morale of shoppers. It offers competitive royalties in points and this gives it the most competitive edge. I recommend it wherever I go as it carries advantage over other major stores in the likes of Walmart.

The Brooks Brothers Credit Card has great benefits and offers a variety of different ways to get perks. Between the $20 birthday reward, racking up rewards with every dollar spent whether it be within a Brooks Brothers or outside, special cardholder events throughout the year, and the discount given on the first purchase of the card, I don't know if there are many "store" cards that match this. The only downfall would be the interest rate if you do not qualify for the lowest amount. Also not offering a 0% interest deferment is something that, for instance, the Guitar Center Credit Card offers for 18 months, which can be seen as a negative. Overall, though, I would highly recommend this year for those that love shopping at Brooks Brothers or for those looking to start!

This card seems decent, especially for Brooks Brothers shoppers. 1% cash back on purchases outside of Brooks Brothers seems decent, until you factor in that you have to spend at least $2,000 to receive the reward. I have other cards with cash back that I receive the reward sooner. It is easy to spend $500 at Brooks Brothers, but 4% cash back on in store purchases seems a little low. I would have expected at least 5% and maybe even 10% from a store card. The biggest sell would be the cardholder events, but that depends on the quality of the events. I would also give this card an additional half-star for the birthday reward, if that option were available.
