Burlington credit card is the worse credit card ever, please don/t fall for it. Never, Never again. If I could give these people a 0-star rating for their ways of dealing with customers, I wouldn't think twice. Burlington Credit Card is a company that's out there taking people's money without fear and has hired a bunch of rude agents who are disrespectful to customers. I paid my card in full, and two months later, they came up with non-existent fees and extra charges. Where do they do that? A bunch of thieves.

Bread/Comenity - worst company to have any card through!
Opened a Burlington card on 06/29/2024 and used it for a few gift purchases.
On 04/24/2025, they shut my card down due to inactivity.
The last purchase was made on 12/03/2024.
Really? Short of 5 months not using it.
We consumers take a hard inquiry that stays on our report for 2 years and you shut down for not using the card shy of 5 months?
Ridiculous!

I had another issue, I called to their line and paid the total balance. Month and half later I got a call from them saying I had a balance of $39 and some cents because I did not calculate the interest that was accruing for that month and they charged me $33 of late fee because I did not pay that $6 of interest. The customer service was so rude. I never got a statement and they wouldn't listen and was so rude. You are better off not having the card.

They're not easy to work with at all. And I was very dissatisfied with their customer service, as well as with their employees at customer service who don't speak English over half the time. And that includes Berks, Bealls, Academy, and who knows who else Comenity represents.

I would give this card a negative zero because the late fees are so high, $41 plus $27. I hate this card so much. I tried to pay in store, and they only wanted cash. Do not get this card; it's the absolute worst card I've ever had! And my score dropped from 799 to 497 in3months.The card is the opp

This is the worst card ever! If you are late making a payment by mistake or forgot about it, they penalize you with a $41 fee! They never remove that fee; they want to ensure you pay them no matter what. I have a 750 credit score, and these people don't care; they just want your money without mercy. Be careful with this card; I would not recommend it to my worst enemy! This card is horrible, a nightmare! Don't use it if you don't have to! Good luck!

I want to say that I love my Burlington credit card because I can find lots of household goods there and even comforters in a few toys. BECAUSE THEY'RE INTERESTED SO HIGH, I keep their balance extremely low. The more for convenience of something different but I wouldn't carry a balance more than two or three months if I could.

First they sent my card to the wrong address. After a few months they started charging an "inactivity fee" and since I was already signed up for paperless billing I was never notified that I owed them anything. Until another month later when it screwed up my whole credit score because it became days late... Communication is key!
