They now have a bank account wiring system....it takes too long to pay off the card. I attempted to pay off my card over the weekend, it's Tuesday and the money hasn't came out of my bank yet. It shouldn't have taken this long. I paid early on Friday morning.

Never any issues with this card. It was very nice to have when I had perks card and sales happened, but since Catherines went to online only during covid, the shipping costs are enormous. Therefore I don't think I'll be able use it again.

When I was ill recently, I inadvertently missed my payment with Catherine's. The bill was under $300 and yet it ruined my credit rating even after explaining the reason and paying off card in full. I cancelled the card as a result! Plus whenever one calls for information, one gets a different answer each time one calls. I've been told several times that items on backorder will be charged shipping even though the backorder has nothing to do with me! today I received an email stating they do not charge shipping! You figure.

This card started with a $300 limit and is still $300. They have never raised the limit. They have recently gone online only per my understanding and have combined with other online plus size shops. That is the only pro.

It’s effective card but stores no longer available. When ordering online the shipping rates are fair, but are not credited with returns.

I've had this card for a few years and always loved it. I've always paid the bill although admittedly I did pay it late once. But I must have been doing ok because I'd gotten several limit increases. Then all of a sudden they dropped my limit from $650 to $150 overnight with no warning and no reason given. My credit score hadn't dropped, my employment and income are the same, and it'd been over two years since that one late payment. So through no fault of my own that I'm aware of, now my credit usage has gone up on that account. My balance is a little over $100 which was fine with a $650 limit, but with the new $150 limit it is maxed out. This in turn made my credit score go down, which makes me worry my other credit cards might do the same thing, causing it to go down even further. So this balance chasing is why I give it only three stars instead of five.
