I have my minimum automatically taken out. I often don't think about the card. I don't use it even when they give me unconditional credit increases. I put my extra money into savings and will not use the card again.

It is what it is, they allow you an opportunity to establish a credit history buy purchasing marked up goods from them. By marked up I’m referring to the overpricing they use vs most other retailers. So what f you’re looking to establish some credit and you don’t mind being overcharged for a particular item, Fingerhut is the way to go.

A good way to improve your credit with the Fingerhut card. You can build it in tiers of credit limit. You graduate to a higher limit each time you pay off your purchase.
