Unbelievable. All but impossible to see what your actual purchases are. Customer service is no help with that. You must go to a store and request a print out. ALSO if you don't pay your entire balance off each month, but DO make at least the minimum payment due, you STILL have a $60 fee for not fully paying off your bill each month! Is that legal? Very disorganized, and difficult to navigate all systems related to this card. I've had mine 3 months, and will be paying off and closing my account this month. Never again. There is NO benefit to having this account.

Poor communication. Statement not received, no attempt to contact us until turned over to collection. Was a $16.94 charge turned into $264. If they would have called the number they gave to the attorney,we would have taken care of it. If I was to stiff someone, it would be for a lot more the 16.94!

Horrible customer service. Long wait time, rude employees, refusal to properly explain card aspects, and refusal to allow customer to speak to another employee. Either prior employees or most current lied. This is unacceptable.

The company I've worked for for around 7 years has been using the Home Depot Business Store Card almost exclusively. The business is a small residential home building construction company and with all the changes that homeowners make without much warning, it is necessary to have an option that is convenient and fully stocked. They even have staff workers on hand that can cut lumber and even weld which makes getting back on the job a breeze! I would highly recommend the store, and the store card to anyone in the business of construction, or anyone who likes convenience when renovating someone else's home or your own.

My husband and I had a business home depot card or our small business company. It was very convenient when we were out on a construction job and something would come up, and we needed a different tool, or the customer would change their mind about the project, so because they have so many locations, we normally would not have to drive too far and normally they would have it in stock. Although my husband has passed away and we no longer have the company I still use it for many of my projects around the house. They always seem to have plenty of help on hand to help you find something or help you decide which is the best material for the job at hand. I would recommend home depot to my friends, family, and any business associates.

My husband and I own a small construction outfit so having an excellent material supplier is a basic lifeline of ours. Having access to available credit for materials was especially important when we fist started out but is still an important staple needed for our continuing success. Home Depot was the first place we applied for the credit we needed to start our business. I definitely feel lucky that they accepted us because they have been wonderful. I have never had a problem or even a small issue with them. They have always tried to accommodate us.At one point we even needed an emergency increase in our credit with them and they gave it to us while making us feel good about it instead of the lecture that some companies might give you. When we first started out we had to make the minimum payment at times but now that we are on our feet we are able to pay the amount owing every month, most of the time, and are rewarded for doing this with not having to pay any interest that month. Which as you all know is a definite plus. However the interest rate we have to pay when we can't pay the amount in full is very low. I recommend to obtain this card to anyone who is starting out or even well established, this cad will be an asset to you.

I have had the home depot credit card for several years now and have always had nothing but the best service with this card. I have used this card to make purchases from everything as small as light bulbs to buying siding for my house. They often offer promotions and great discounts for using your home depot card. When I first opened the card I recieved a year with no interest and used it to carpet my entire home and was able to pay it over time with no interest. I like the fact that you will often recieve coupons in the mail to use with you card to make no interest purchases. I also love the ease of making a payment I can just stop by any home depot and make a payment in just a few minutes. The customer service has always been great as well very attentive and always very helpful. I have only had two situations in which my account had an issue and both times I was charged interest during a time when I should not have been charged. On both occasions I called the 800 number and was able to speak to a person and have the problem cleared up quickly and with minimum hassle. Great company and great card.
