What's Your Rating?
I don't recommend applying to this fake application.
Additionally, the customer service is bad, with no supervisors available.
They are liars.
This is absolutely ridiculous. There is no logical reason why a posted and processed payment should take 14 days to reflect in my available credit. Other credit card companies release available credit within 24–48 hours, sometimes instantly, once a payment clears.
This just feels like a sneaky way to prevent you from using your card, while still collecting fees and interest. Their "customer service" gives you the same generic excuse every time and refuses to escalate the issue or provide a real explanation.
This company clearly does not care about their customers. I regret ever applying for this card and would strongly advise others to stay far away. There are way better options out there that don't treat you like this.
I even sent a goodwill letter asking for the issue to be removed from my credit report. No response. Just a big brick wall.
This company does not care about its customers. If you value your credit score, avoid Total Credit Card at all costs. Unreliable systems, horrible communication, and zero accountability. There are much better options out there. Consider yourself warned.
