I started an LLC in January. I use Wells Fargo for my personal banking so opened a business account with Wells Fargo. I applied for a platinum business credit card in March using my personal information, which included excellent credit. I have submitted the paperwork three times. One time, I even dropped it off at my local branch, but Wells Fargo does not have any record of it, so they closed my application! I have spent hours on the phone with them. They wanted me to reapply, but I convinced them to reopen my application. They needed to rerun my credit and I needed to submit documents. It is now late July and I STILL do not have a business credit card! I need to start traveling for jobs, so I will need to apply elsewhere. This has been the WORST banking experience that I have ever had!

Beware if you use the rewards! I ordered an item in mid-November. It was "not offered" any more so I agreed to the substitute. Then they sent the wrong product. Now a month later with Christmas fast approaching they are saying they cannot help me until they hear from their "vendor" who has to send a return label before they can send me what I ordered over a month ago!

Wells Fargo cc only let's you download 2 months worth of transactions to your desktop software (quickbooks) All my other business cards allow up to 18 months. This leaves me with thousands of transactions that have to be manually entered! I will no longer use this card!

I operate a small business and use Wells Fargo for both my checking and savings accounts. When I needed a line of credit it was a simple and painless process to get the Platinum credit card that they offered. It has served me well and been reliable to this day, I fully recommend it. The annual fee is very small and the interest rates are acceptable, especially if you are just starting your business and don't have a long credit history yet. The customer service at Wells Fargo is exceptional and they do a great job at not making you feel bad for having low credit.

Their automated voice response is good.Overall I enjoy using this card.

I really enjoy this credit card. It was my first one, and I like being able to have rewards and link to my Wells Fargo checking and savings account. Many friends of mine also have this card, and it's nice to be in the socially accepted "group." The rewards are very good, and the card has the Visa Pay Wave option which is a neat and fun way to do things. My credit card was stolen, and Wells Fargo was great at customer service and helped me without any questions asked. I also like the option to customize my card with different pictures and such - which I know a lot of credit cards have nowadays, but even without customizing the card, the horses and blue background make an aesthetically pleasing and classy card (of course, that's the most important part).
